Free Cabbage Soup Diet The cabbage soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry during the day, and you can eat as much as you wish, as often as you like.
Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe:
Dice all the vegetables, then add to large saucepan, and bring to the boil for 10-12 minutes. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, etc. You can eat as much as you want whenever you want.
- 6 Large Green Onions
- 2 Green Peppers (Capsicums)
- 1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Bunch Celery
- 1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1-2 Cubes of Stock (if desired)
- 1 Head cabbage
For drinks- unsweetened teas, free juice or water. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day.
Day One:
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want, except bananas. Eat as much soup as you like.
Day Two:
Vegetables: Eat until you are full with fresh, raw or cooked vegetables. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with the soup. At dinner, you are allowed a baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.
Day Three:
Fruits and Vegetables: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. Unfortunately you are not allowed the baked potato.
Day Four:
Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you like today, along with your soup.
Day Five:
Beef And Tomatoes: Ten to twenty ounces of beef or skinless chicken, and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink 6 to10 glasses of water. Eat as much soup as you can.
Day Six:
Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No potato.
Day Seven:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, vegetables and soup.
