7 Day Diet Plan You can expect to lose 8-14lbs (4.5-6.5kgs) over this 7 day diet program. However, this can vary a lot, depending on the person. Make sure that you drink 6-8 glasses of water each day on this diet.

I have found the 7 day diet easier to follow than the 3 day diet, simply because it is not so structured.
